Wolf Scouts
The third step on the advancement trail!
If a Cub Scout has completed the first grade (or is 8 years old), the scout may start earning the Wolf rank. The scout receives a Wolf Scout handbook and is responsible for getting a blue Cub Scout uniform, Wolf neckerchief, and Wolf neckerchief slide when beginning the Wolf portion of the advancement trail. The Wolf Scouts spend the year preparing to begin earning the Bear rank after completing second grade.
